Labor Day Weekend = Camping Fun!!!

We headed out for another family weekend of camping, and we tried a new place this time. God provided an amazing place for us to spend our weekend. We had a completely secluded camp site with the creek running along the edge. It was beautiful!

We did lots of 4 wheeling through some of the most beautiful mountains in Colorado.

The best part was that this is part of the Colorado Mine Tour, which the only way to see is by 4 wheeling through these mountains.

We stopped for picnics.

The kids played in the creek.

Tim fished...

And built stick forts with Emma.

And we all took turns shooting guns (well, except Nate...but he added to the excitement by yelling "guns" over and over).

It was another fabulous get away weekend and another opportunity to realize how blessed we are. We were in awe of God's amazing creation this weekend, but as we talked we were reminded that He calls us His prized possession. We are His chosen ones. We are His beloved.

Glad you had a great relaxing weekend! Looks so fun! Oh, how we miss the mountains! Thanks for posting pictures of your outing! In its own small way, it keeps us connected to your family and wonderful Colorado! Have a good week. I am thinking about and praying for your family today. Bethany
